Someone posted this piece on HMAR thread saying that some rigs are being shut down. Anyone know what he is talking about? Thanks!

.......as bad as it is in japan--economy is either stagnant or growing by +- 1%--they will NOT be decreasing their use of oil unless they go into a much more serious recession - depression. it is the ASEAN countries that may contract and they are very small indeed compared to japan (2nd largest world economy).
