I'm sorry if the concluding sentence to the post you refer to was not clearly stated. However, I thought I had conceded that in this country despite the many rules and regulations, there are many cases of those who break the law and defy the regulations. A lot of these people are ultimately convicted, are at least prosecuted. Numerous criminal cases are filed. As for coms, multiple shareholder class action suits are presently underway. Your argument about the 20% richest Americans really seems out of place on an investment thread. I won't even engage with you about taxes, social programs, private foundations and the like because America does more for its poor than any other capitalist nation.
