Hi Kirk,

Beans are an easy crop for you to grow.

Two kinds bush and pole.

Last year I added two trellis's to my raised garden boxes.

I planted three kinds : purple green and yellow.

The yellow were the best - the seeds come from France and are called Monte gusto.

Takes very little soil and they grow up a fence of chicken wire - probably grew 6 feet tall and I was able to pick beans every 3-4 days or they got too big.

I froze over 50 quarts - almost enough to get sick of them.LOL

Jung seeds or Burpee has them.

Plant in a clay pot or half barrel and watch them grow.

Sweet and very crisp - no pesticides.

This year all I'm yellow Monte Gusto beans.

Bob
