T1 or T3 connection Nobody, need such speeds. ISDN is pretty reasonable if you can get it... No special equipment just an adapter instead of a modem... I also use Windows NT 4.0 workstation... It is really stable compared to 95, but requires a lot of horsepower. that is why I have so much ram... 32mb isn't enough.. 64mb is really minimum... Since I have a lot of applications open at one time the more ram the better, and considering 64mb SDRAM only costs $200 these days why not...
