Jim,

I think we need not speculate the reason why Power sold its portion
of Apple shares because it will not hurt the Apple financial situation
for the long run. No matter what Power's motive is, there are plenty
of investors stepping in to take the advantage of big-volume, low-
price deal. When somebody dumps the stock, the other side of people
will be waiting to pick up. I treat Power's event is gone, whether
it will disturb Apple's price or can compete with Dell, Compaq,
Gateway 2000, will only little impact on Apple's future and my
investment on Apple.
