Can you go into some detail as to why management is so bad that there is this high turnover? As I stated in an earlier post, I've heard complaints of overwork, but my experience at the stores has been pleasant. The employees seem knowledgable, helpful, and friendly, even if they do complain about their managers.

I know someone very well who managed one of the top grossing Mrs. Field's Cookies, and she had the same complaints. She felt she wasn't properly appreciated for the good job she did. She was asked to work seven days a week, and wasn't given the tools she needed to succeed. When she did ask for a day off, it was denied. She was paid well, but she beacame burned out and eventually quit.

The point is that even with significant problems in management, and high employee turnover Mrs. Fields has been one of the great growth stories of the past decade.

I understand you might want to stay anonymous, but can you give us at least a few specific details about what management does that is so bad that it jeopardizes the future of the company?
