All-
Not that I'm surprised but my second request to the SEC under the Freedom of Information Act was refused:

"After again consulting with the staff reagarding your request, I have confirmed that the responsive documents are still exempt from disclosure...since they constitute investigatory records compiled for law enforcement purposes, the release of which could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings."

Probably just boilerplate language to all suckers like me who think I might get a real reply. I'll again file in six months.

The LLE/SK thing I've been following is all based on wild hypothesis as you have well pointed out. It would require LLE to have followed the GRNO story in detail and perhaps be doing some private investigation of local activities. On the other hand, I don't think it is too far fetched for them to send somebody there perhaps in some pretext, just to check it out in detail. I don't know what is going on in Charleston and don't know who is visiting there and what they are doing.

They obviously would have to be taking a chance that the GRNO machine would actually work for them. But they are in the line of work that Philip and SK are in, so even if it didn't work, they would still have the SK company itself.

I have a lot more to say but must be careful of my verbosity because for some reason, SI will accept very little of what I post at one time.

I don't have any info about the LP except that it is running. We will see how it has been doing after we get an official accounting. I really echo your opinion of the stock price. It is very frustrating.

The lack of any deals announced with cash deposits made is keeping the stock in its deep funk, especially with tax loss selling. The market makers aren't ready to jump in until there is some really good news released. I don't know when we will see it happen and neither does anybody else. GRNO really does need cash deposits as can be seen by reading the 10Q. That is the info the market makers have so far. I am really antsy to have the good news train start rolling.

The LP unit is only running at 1/3 of its design capacity which might put off some buyers as well. The logic of being forced to run it there completely escapes me. I don't how that benefits anybody in Charleston or anywhere else. I think at least some customers would want to see that machine rack up some hours at full bore before they would want to deal, but I hope they will accept assurance that they will get all retrofitted upgrades if they become necessary. Just my opinion.
