Holly, I agree with you a zilllion % . WP is still better than Word. And MSFT is soaring around $125 while WP's owner (Corel) is under 2 bucks last time I looked. MSFT is indeed powerdul. About 8 yrs ago I used one of the Word for DOS versions just because it happened to be in my machine, and I remember feeling sorry for poor old MSFT - it'll never be able to write a successful word-processing program. Yeah, right. It's like the Agassi ad - image is everything. Plus a little tie-in power.
