No, the number of shares outstanding is between 50 and 55
million. The number of shares currently authorized is
100 million. I obtained this from Jack Arnold, but please
call him to confirm this.

Hi Paul,

UFH having 8M shares, and being shown as 10% owner in the SEC filings doesn't mean the number of shares authorized was 80M at the time. I just means they owned 10% or more. I believe it was less than 80MM. I will try to find the share count before it was approved for an increase to 100MM, I know it's somewhere in the filings.

Form 10QSB dated 06/30/97: Common Stock, $0.01 par value, 100,000,000 shares authorized, 15,531,595 and 12,620,638 shares issued and outstanding at June 30, 1997 and December 31, 1996

The number of shares outstanding has increased since then to 55M, according to Jack Arnold.

It's all in the filings:

sec.gov
Also:
sec.gov

Hope this helps.

Hello! Paul,

Thank You for the feedback! You indicated that you did not expect the UFH organization from Liechtenstein to be a long term investor in CVIA ( " if they are not gone already they will be shortly").

From a personal opinion and view point, I hope that you are accurate in your opinion! I would much rather prefer the UFH shares of CVIA being held by investors closer to home , investors who potentially may have a bettor appreciation, committment and loyalty to the business building plans that the CVIA Management team is trying to move forward, to increase our shareholder value in the CVIA Shares that we currently own! ( A North American Company! Owned by North Americans is OKAY! with me!) Personally I feel that CVIA shareholders that currently reside in North America would probably have more of a comfort zone knowing that the CVIA potential can also be recognized and appreciated by investors residing closer to the business activities!

By the way ! There is no disrespect intended for foreign investors , investing in CVIA or any other U.S. Companies! I myself am a Canadian! So! Yes! I am also a foreign investor investing in CVIA! and other U.S. Companies!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Paul:

you wrote:

"I know of UFH as an organization that deals in reg-s type offerings..."

That reg-s is a red flag! I very much hope that CVIA is soon rid of *any* association with any reg-s funding; reg-s is a last resort funding mechanism, and almost always bad news. I don't know if they currently have any - I'll try to find out.
