Do you really understand the meaning of V A L U E? I'm looking at the declining price of WDC, based on recent news of declining sales throughout the semiconductor industry, and in particular, sales of chips for enterprise servers. There's nothing in my previous comments that talks about selling WDC for cash. Rather, I'm talking about VALUE received. If WDC is trading near $41 (it could still go lower), it has a value of about $10 when the merger takes place. Add that value to the $67.50 cash and you get about $77.50 VALUE.

Now what is that you don't understand about that?
