You really do not think too clearly wearing those Intel blinkers . The FTC is interested in all aspects of a companies business practices where ever they are . The S.I. thread has worldwide access but that includes the U.S. , whether those practices are noticed by a Canadian ,Chinese or a Russian makes no difference . Sorry old chap
