To All: For those who love/loath/ class action lawsuits, there is now a thread entitled, "Class Action Lawsuits." I didn't start it but, as a former full time class action lawyer, I have posted my thoughts ad nauseum. All are welcome to join the debate.

I am wondering if you read the news on Aetna of a couple days ago. Their problems seemed the same as oxford in many ways. Aetna and Sunhealth are being sued for the same reasons 'we' are suing Oxford. Insider selling took place at the top. And like tech stocks, both shed heavily (I think Aetna took about a 25% haircut so far). I cant tell if your in or out but my wife works with in the health care (she is the Assistant DON at a locale hospital) and she says Oxford is extremely creative in their application of delivery of care. She sees the whole system as in need of an overhaul and does not see the present stock prices as indicative of where these companies will be overall long term. If this is a thread for bears of HMO's and lawsuits over their failed promise, then I will look elsewhere for discussion on this particular company. For the record, I know what it is like to lose big and being the last to know the facts. I am very sympathetic to all who are angry at Oxford. Steve D.
