Steve don't leave the thread!!! I for one have been hoping for someone(s) who would like to talk about the fundamentals of OXHP. Both positive and negative facts and data communicated on the threads helps all investors make better decisions. However, as you have noticed the majority of the posts on this thread are about lawsuits and negative accusations. I too am sympathetic about investors losses but the lawsuit advertisors on this thread are smoking something if they think they'll collect anything after seven years of litigation and always highlighting how dire things are is also getting old. So for the New Year why don't we all try to post facts and data which will guide our investments in this industry.

Geez, of course I know the news. I still stand by
my interpretation that your interpretation is superficial.
Maybe you'd like to outline some numbers as to how Oxford
is going to do if it takes another $100M or so in restructuring/
other charges? I've presented enough of my view, and Lord
knows people are sick of it.

Mike

Many peoeple on this thread are agonizing over the desturction of this company. In this market it is terribly difficult to find value because of the end of the world vocabulary used describe the ups and downs of the market and companies. You'd think that in the biotech sector the end ofthe world was coming in five minutes; in the health care world in ten minutes.

Mike you haven't yet told me the "surviviors" of the health care world who will be national champions. A few suggestions?

OXHP still around this neighborhood is delivering premium health care. Does that still matter on this thread?
