FTJoe: Some women find it very insulting, and there is no defense for doing it other than it's how I was brought up. I believe there is quite a defense for doing it. I believe there's a reason why you were brought up this way and there's a reason why your parents were also. It's beyond the scope of this discussion and just too lengthy to do it justice on this thread but I'd be happy to share the my thoughts via email with you if you're interested. Actually, my bride could probably do a better job articulating it. ;-) KMT
