Art,

Those were some interesting stats on volume. Nearly 1/2 million on 12/11. Of course it doesn't represent a lot of money, but impressive volume. I haven't heard much comment on the 26 million shares outstanding from you guys. Floored me a little. I wonder how much of that was issued to Select? I was under the impression that only 400,000 of the 5 million in this last round of financing was actually funded. Was that 2.2 million by select earlier in the year totally funded? Probably. Maybe that is where the hugh numbers of stock came in.

I think it would be great if our three Florida men did a raid on UMSI. Some to-the-point questions about the financials would be in order. Gene, if they don't file the financials soon, can't they be tossed from the nasdaq BB? I thought I heard that somewhere. I would also like to know how many shares were issued to Select, the restrictions on them, the float, and if they (UMSI) are selling any product. OK, those are my questions.

Geez, guys, anybody givin' the Vikes a chance against S.F.?
