The President, Congress and all the others listed will also retire with full medical. I have it provided as well. However there was a lot of loose talk as if the Congress would use Obamacare in order to prove they were citizens like the rest. The "rest" and the number is increasing are stuck with ill-fitting medical insurance that cost more in premiums and they generally don't get a benefit unless they have a catastrophic illness. Catastrophic care before Obama was very much cheaper. Now those policies are no longer available.
