Hi everyone, I want to encourage all of you. The believers in the first Church were singing praises to God as the fires engulfed them. I experienced total peace while looking at a rifle that I know was from Yeshua. That morning before this happened I had been listening to a tape that talks about Him holding the keys of death and that no one can take our lives only He can put us to sleep until He returns for us. This flashed into me mind and this most incredable peace followed that there was no discomfort at all. I know that somehow He has carried the pain for us and can seperate us from the pain at that moment. So if I stay or if I am raptured I have total confidence in Him to give us the peace that passes all understanding and to Sheperd us every moment to the end (lo, I am with you always even to the end). Relationship with Him through prayer, study and fellowship is what is important to me. I would like to post prayers on this thread for our brothers and sisters in other parts of the world that are suffering severly right now as some are so worried about an unreal enemy. Anyway I tried to post this prayer a few minutes ago and the entire screen went blank and lost the prayer without me touching anything so I am more determined to perservere as my heart aches for these people as it says in Hebrew 13:3. Father in Heaven, We come to you on behalf of our precious brothers and sisters especially the children that are suffering for your names sake Lord. Please have mercy upon them and their persecutors that you may be glorified and your love revealed to all men as it was on the cross.You are faithful even though none of us deserve it and you are great in power and deed and may we all sing the song of Moses and the Lamb that you are Great and Marvelous your works are perfect and pure and we are unworthy of your grace. But you have given this great gift to all mankind and we pray many will hear and be saved that your love will overcome the enemy. Please wash us and these threads with your blood that we may be whiter than snow and pleasing to you. Where there is hate replace it with your love and anything that is displeasing to you through it into the depths of the sea and remove it from your sight. It hurts me to see people portray you as they did to Job for I know that you so loved the WORLD that you sent Yeshua to give His life to us. Help us to stay focused on the Good News and not on condemnation for you are the only true judge for you are righteous when you judge and perfect. We Praise You and Love you and Thank You for your perfect plan and redemption of mankind. In your Sons name and in His blood I pray, Amen Nancy

Hi James, The logic of your post is contrary to what the Word tells us will happen. Christians were killed by lions for entertainment and murdered all sorts of ways through the centuries. Matt 16:25 "For whoever wishes to save his life shall lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake shall find it." Matt 10:28 "And do not fear those who kill the body, but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Rev. 6:9-11 9 And when He broke the fifth seal, I saw underneath the alter the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God, and because of the testimony which they had maintained; 10 and they cried out with a loud voice saying, "How long, Oh Lord, holy and true, wilt Thou refraim from judging and avenging our blood on those who dwell on the earth? 11 And there was given to each of them a white robe; and they were told that they should rest for a little while longer, *until the number of* their fellow servants and their brethren who were to be killed even as they had been should be completed also. It is not hidden and there is no mystery to the fact that the saints have and will suffer for their testimony of Jesus and even be killed. Rev 7:9 .....behold, a great multitude, which no one could count,......clothed in white robes....... Rev. 6:11 tells us the martyrs are the ones given white robes and here we see a multitude no on could count now have white robes. And then we are told who they are. Rev. 7:14 ....."These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb." This multitude was martyred in the great tribulation, that is signified by the white robes. The dragon was given authority to make war with the saints and overcome them. Rev. 13:7 And it was given to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them; and authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation was given to him. Rev. 12:11 "And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even to death." Matt 16:33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world."**
