Don, not to prempt Quinn but this may answer a couple of your questions; 1) It is not a "rumor" that Barrick has twinned 12 RC holes. Mr Shrake has stated this to be true on the PFG question & answer forum. 2) The "strike length" has been increased by 38%. Whether that translates into a resource increase is up in the air. It appears that the resource calculation method that PFG is using is not only looking for ore but ore in a specific geometrical pattern. The pattern is conical in shape. Just adding length will mean nothing if there is no width associated with it. If there is width the, then the resource could actually increase by more than 38%.

Hope that helps, Dave

Hi Don, That a lot of questions and will answer the ones I can on a later posting. My contact, who has proved very reliable so far, is away in the Caribbean for the holiday season. When he gets back, we will go over your questions. I think it is safe to say that the resource has been substantially increased and ABX is still there and has a very agressive 1998 drill program. I agree they are not there for PFG health. I wouldn't be surprised if ABX offers to take 100% of the resource by April/May/'98. Just a guess!

You are doing a lot of thinking. Do you think they are going to move from gold to silver? Hi ho? Do you think that they are going to move from Toronto to New York? Do you think they can move the property from 4000 meteres to sealevel? Do you think they can change the stripping ratio? Do you think they can change the internal waste problem? Do you remember that I suggested, a long time ago, that the silver in this deposit may be water soluble? And that may be important to ABX?
