Homedepot product locator - has anyone tried it!

I'm pretty sure Lowes has a product locator too.

Definitely interests me. I have at times bought online from Homedepot when I knew they had a product but I could not find it and no employee at the store knew where it was. That app would probably save me $300 a year in lost time and sore feet.

Specifically barbeque lighters. Humorously they aren't on Homedepot's website right now if you search for barbecue lighter or barbeque lighter or charcoal lighter. The lighters they have in their barbeque section don't work at all, they break immediately. The ones they sell that work are only in the tools section of my store... ??? WTF???

I've also checked their supplies on their website, which assured me they had an item only to find out they didn't.

Corporate incompetence at its highest level. I would not be surprised if the people running the place have never been in a homedepot...

Last time I tried Macy's was the last time I'll EVER try Macy's.

However Sears takes the cake... that place is being looted by its CEO right now.
