Any idea when this reverse split will take place? Why haven't they been able to make it till now? Even with Microsoft in there I remain sceptical especialy because of share dilution and also because just about every small cap stock I purchased in early '96 has gone down precipitously or has proven to be a scam. Good luck to all. August West...I like that name.

what is so special about unified messaging? Is their intellectual property rights to this design? It is very intriguing. I would appreciate your insight. I have no knowledge of the technology that dgsd is all about. Is this voice mail systems??
