The class action suit has been news since October... The stock fell and now has been recovering... There is positive MoneyFlow and a previous DownGap was closed... So who knows how it will turn out... The current accumulation of the stock says people want it...

Revenues are growing rapidly while EPS went south, but shares outstg went north...

The rising Revenues, current TA, and the notoriety in the industry implies that they will weather this current storm... Notice, that BOBJY is also on that Industry Leader list...
