I tried stevia and sucralose among other sweeteners, they just didn't work for me, they mostly tasted metallic... I found light agave to be the best and have been using it for some years now with no medical effects other than improvements all across the board... I've previously heard about maple syrup, so I'm going to run that by my doctor and see what he has to tell me about it, the guy is up to date on everything, I can even contact him through the patient portal of his office Website... medicine and medical practice has really changed over the years...

Why would you sweeten tea? Try tea British style with a little milk.
