Hello David, Are you suggesting Mr. Levines selling was on the same basis as the other executives who remained. Leaving a company seems quite different. I certainly am not familiar with class action suits,I do think many lawyers are in the professtion because it is a lisence to steal. BUT how about the possible merrits of the facts? Smart switch not being available. European sales expansion? Earnings estimates not given with any advance warnings of possible problems? Are the facts regarding strong performance false and misleading, or business as usual?
