For bonds, I'd use BND for gross comparison to something like SPY and VTI then maybe add 10, 20 & 30 year treasury rates. I have US Treasury rates vs S&P500 on my weekly personal charts but after seeing your charts and reading the latest from Fido, we might get something by using the sector ETFs for the various sectors vs BND as a first pass.
