Don't be so naive. Leaving the company afforded him the opportunity to sell his shares and pocket major money and avoid the fuss that would ensue. I am not a fan of civil litigation, however in certain circumstances it is warranted. This is one of them, an open and shut case. I hope they nail these devious bastards to the wall.
