The problem is that Obama, with all of his overtures to the Muslim community, hasn't been effective AT ALL in quelling Islamic extremism. I believe this was Obama main objective as he ran for the presidency. He was brought up in the religion and can't fathom the desires of the radicalized nuts. I do believe his number one objective was to go to Iran a la Nixon to China and be considered the great peacemaker between the West and Islam.
