Musya, What was referred to is the new NASDAQ rule about the OTC BB...
traded companies that are not fully reporting to the SEC will be demoted to the pink sheets and not as readily tradeable as the OTC BB stocks are...

It has been my experience that Noram does not give out any info prior to a news release and news releases aren't done until there is verifiable done deals.....period. With the extensive information available on Noram it becomes difficult to contain enthusiasm and anticipation. There is an incredible amount of news anticipated by the investors in the near term which is expected to be positive. For such a fledgling company to be in this position is really exciting as those of you who have been invested in BNGO realized...

Hype: To promote or publicize with inflated or misleading claims...

There certainly is enough information available to verify everything said on this thread...press releases, Independent Consultants Report on the website, the FAQ sheet, Earnings Projection calculations...

Remember, there is such a thing as negative hype also...That type of hype, also, makes me gag!!!

MBA, again, I have nothing against you, actualy I want to thank you for posting on BNGO thread with the info on NRAG (I think there was someone else doing the same, but that is not an issue). I appreciate your work oand effort, and I realy like your attitude towards helping other investors to learn about NRAG.
All I am saying is that IMHO, you should be more careful! Whether or not YOU consider yourself as an insider is irrelevant. Question is what SEC thinks. And I do not know what they think. Just be careful.
Again, I understand that your info (regarding unreleased news) could be easily derived by any educated trade/investor from the past news. BUT! One thing is GUESSING, even with high degree of sertainty, another is hearing it from AN EMPLOYEE of the company (even a temp!).
As far as hype: why do people say there is a lot of hype here? I think because we (and you most of all of us) do not discuss the negatives of NRAG, only positives. I, for one, would realy like to hear FROM you, since you seem to know more than the rest of us, what are the risks? What may possible go wrong with the biggest NRAG project? Why nobody (almost nobody) is concerned about mafia in one of the most mafiosy counties? What kind of protection the mashines should have not to be broken into? This is not U.S., remember? Another question: we all think here that the illigal lottery/gaming is so easy to get rid of, by just proclaiming it outlawed? Wasn't most of the gaming there illegal/outlawed before? Why wasn't the mashenes seased by the goverment? why do they have so many still? What is so magical going to happen that will make the mafia disappear together with the illegal mashines?
I think there are many more much better questions than those that I asked, may be somebody will bring them up (I cannot at the moment - I happen to work full time and supposed to do my job right now).
But I suggest that we take off our rosy glasses and look at NRAG more critically...

Musya.

P.S. One of the hypes that many people dislike (older or more serious traders/investors) are those "GO NRAG" and alike. We are here to make educated guesses on investment, and not to be a fan of a football team called NRAG... JMO.

P.S.S. "LONG ON NRAG. YOU SHOULD BE TOO" - same thing. this is good on a baseball stadium, not here. Besides, this message is putting pressure on investor reading it (nobody likes to be told what they SHOULD or should not do), if he is a newcomer. If he is holding the stock long and is not experienced, this message may cause to keep shares longer than necessary. The real trader (I hope to become one one day) will just disregard it.

Forgive my spelling errors. English is not my native languge.
