It seems interest in this thread is picking up. The thread is now listed on the S.I. Hot Subjects list. With more people discovering NRAG and this thread, we will see a more diverse group. This is good and will help create an all around good place to discuss NRAG.

Musya:

This is my opinion on the legal/illegal machines. My vision of this is similar to what we have in the States. I envision the illegal machines (such as the video poker machines so visible in my native Pennsylvania) in a dark corner of the establishment in order to avoid detection. I also see the legal machines in a high-traffic area of the business (bar, store, etc). I wouldn't be surprised if both types of machines will attempt to co-exist at many locations.

I have been involved with this company as an investor for many months. I have simply answered the questions that were directed at me. You say i am the main one who doesnt talk about the negative aspects of this company.

I have been guilty of talking about current events . The current events are all positive so far .As the delays in the VLT's were made public , we did talk about them . AS far as dicussing the negative things we could sit around here all day and night trying to come up with something wrong and i am sure we could after enough time and twisting of words removed out of context . What if what if what if. I am comfortable with my investment and after a large amount of research come to my conclusions .

In order to get an answer you must ask a question which you have done . Rather then placing blame on any one person, or pick out faults in another persons personality or manner in which they write will get all of us no where . Personal attacks have no place on this board.

Regarding the BNGO thread i made one post which was in response to someone looking for chart INFO . I follow the thread because i am intrested in the company .

If thanks are in order they might be given to ARTIE as he was the one who posted INFO and MRBUZZ . Lets put the credit were it belongs . One thing i have learned is that this group of investors ( the longs ) have built a tight nit group and have done many many things for this company without wanting anything in return except for Noram To be a success . Which it will be with or without any of us.

Question ..what are the risks?

Ans: There are a broad range of risks in the stock market

Question; What may possible go wrong with the biggest NRAG project?

Ans: It could take longer? The gagel report looks at it from all angles at the company web site.

Question : What kind of protection the mashines should have not to be broken into?

Ans : SYSTEM All gaming machines are equipped with an internal printing mechanism which can be activated at any time to show the machine's income, prizes paid, and hold. Funds will be removed from the machines periodically by Golden Games personnel, who will overseethe entire collection procedure, and conduct audits as necessary.( found at the company website under Venezulan lottery report). Besides having all the machines located inside business's . With the collection system Noram has if nmoney was gone , the only one it could be would be the owner , which makes money off the machines and further's the draw to his place of business . If something is wrong Noram will YANK the machines period . keep in mind Sharp IMage has been doing this for 12 years.

Statment : This is not U.S., remember?

Ans : yes after holding this stock for almost a year i remember.

Question : we all think here that the illigal lottery/gaming is so easy to get rid of, by just proclaiming it outlawed?

Answer : we know it is easy to get rid of Illegal Venezuela lottery has always been governed by the cities .With the NEW FEDERAL LAWS this changes everything . besides that the competion cant compete with our machines, as our payout is $ 3800.00 larger then anyone else .

question :Wasn't most of the gaming there illegal/outlawed before?

Ans : yes but they had no one to enforce it .

Question :Why wasn't the mashenes seased by the goverment?

Ans : Because the federal goevernment wasnt involved

Question :why do they have so many still?

Ans: Because the law has just been passed and will go into effect sometime in early 1998.

Question :What is so magical going to happen that will make the mafia disappear together with the illegal mashines?

Ans: The Federal law is going to remove anyone with lottery machines that cannot prove they were an established lottery prior to 1961.

Statment : P.S. One of the hypes that many people dislike (older or more serious traders/investors) are those "GO NRAG" and alike. We are here to make educated guesses on investment, and not to be a fan of a football team called NRAG... JMO.

comment : I have signed GO NRAG for as long as i have been posting and will continue to do so , if others use it that is not up to me .Its my signature.

Statement : P.S.S. "LONG ON NRAG. YOU SHOULD BE TOO" - same thing. this is good on a baseball stadium, not here. Besides, this message is putting pressure oninvestor reading it (nobody likes to be told what they SHOULD or should not do),if he is a newcomer. If he is holding the stock long and is not experienced, this message may cause to keep shares longer than necessary. The real trader (I hope to be someday ) will just disregard it .

Comment : This is not my closing signature and i have never used it / please do not associate it with me

statement :The real trader (I hope to be someday ) will just disregard it .

comment : How about starting now/ you might be real trader already

My comments have been made in this format in an effort to be clear and concise. Not to be smart , please take my answers to your questions ,as further assistance to your research . All of these topic have been discussed already on the old NRAG thread but i will continue to answer the questions anyways, as my only goal is to respond in a timely manner to the best of my knowledge.

GO NRAG MBA Keep em coming / but please research your questions prior to bringing them to the board ,as i can only repeat my self so many times .

Jeff

Musya, I do appreciate your input on this thread...Risks???

You wanted to discuss the risks about investing in NorAm...let's do just that...most of these risks are because NorAm has decided to invest capital in a foreign nation of which the owners do not have a vote in how the country is run...The stability of these Banana Republic's administrations is about as good as a 55 gallon drum of nitroglycerine on the top of Mount St. Helens, you just can't predict when it will blow up...Coup D'etat...Military Dictatorship...Martial Law are all possibilities and, yes, maybe eventualities...the organized crime situation you speak of pales by comparison, unless there is complete anarchy and mayhem in the streets, and absolutely no security for the VLT's...

You want to talk about a population of 1% haves and 99% have nots...A
population dedicated to only survival day to day...I don't think the average Venezuelan plans to vacation in Disney World this year...most probably haven't even heard of it let alone where it is or why they would go there...poverty and illiteracy is a way of life...who has money to gamble??? "BUT"

The biggest risk in ALL penny stocks is that the CEO of the company,
generally, "IS" the COMPANY...IF anything happens to that single person to where they cannot be in charge of the company, IT WILL FAIL. Other close associates/family do not have the ebullience, ambition, or, and most importantly, "THE DREAM" to continue.

George Zilba, please, please, please stay out from under any meteorites...don't walk under a ladder...no black cats crossing your path...don't break any mirrors...See your physician regularly...don't drink and drive, etc., etc., etc...:-) :-) :-)

and George, most of all, never...ever...stop DREAMING!!

I only have one other thing to discuss here...and that is your statement about and I quote "older or more serious traders/investors," I feel this is a very condescending statement. Are you "assuming" that by being older, one is a wiser or more experienced trader more able to make money...I'm 47 and still learning and I hope to still be open minded enough at 74 to keep learning... I've made some money and lost some money...I had a 89-year old grandfather who died penniless on SS...in fact, statistically, 95% of the population in the US will be on some sort of public assistance in their old age...and how serious do you think it is when someone invests hard earned capital in an extremely risky venture??? Oh, I'll just frivilously burn a few thou in the fireplace today, ho hum...I didn't need it anyway...Musya, I know you don't really believe this???

Did only young frivilous speculators lose money on the BNGOW call???
Or were there a few long-in-the-tooth traders who also got taken by surprise???

And with over 130 Pro Sports Teams in the US...I do like to cheer for the underdog, my favorite team and the American Dream...
