Watching NYC suburbs on LI and CT with inventory levels 6+ months. Places like Burlington and Framingham near you are under 2 months look solid as far as the eye can see.

Have they completed most of those new apartment projects in town that were finally going to add too supply yet? Miami downtown condo market might crack outside of energy dependent areas first of all this cycle no surprise there...lol
