Randy: I have to agree, at the risk of joining you in being pelted. FC is growing, albeit slowly but surely. However, the key for ANCR going forward is in successful sales announcements. This stock no longer falls under the category of a "story" stock. Now it has to produce, and if memory serves from the last conference call, they pretty much nailed the stock price down to these levels for the next qrtr(possibly 2?) by their pessimistic sales forecast for the first part of '98.

So be it. If your timeframe is less than qrtr to half year then any money placed here could be considered dead. If you're a longer term thinker however, it's time to closely monitor the situation for a proper buyin point, possible as low as $3, or even in the $2's? Remember, ANCR is all about "showing the Street the sales dollars." All else regarding the market sector, who's doing what when where and why are merely fluff. Time for ANCR mgment to start earning it's money.....

One thing is certain, '98 is a make it, or break it, year for ANCR. There most likely won't be another chance.

Good luck to everyone in '98.

Regards!

John~
