S -- have you tried Quote.com. It may not always have the most accurate results but I did see a late trade for 75,000 shares. I think there may be some desire to avoid risk by shunning techs in transition like intc and cpq. Both are in the process of changing the way they do business. Also as someone has already touched on, the split is dilutional.
