Bill, Thanks for your post. I am well aware of UTEK's cash hoard. However there are both advantages and disadvantages of EVSR vs. PSR. The cash may decrease if cash flows are negative. It also does not contribute to business purposes. EVSR is more useful if you want to find a takeover value of a company. You should also consider that other companies have similar cash hoards (CFMT, SVGI, EGLS, SFAM, BRKS). Some of them are not reflected at Yahoo due to recent secondaries. If I looked at EVSRs across the board UTEK would still be relatively high. My short-term plan: sell into any strong rally. And I mean strong rally - I have some semi-equip calls to unload and they haven't resurfaced even in the last upward week. :-(((( Longer term, I'll be surprised if we won't see a fall below November lows.
