To: ANYONE INTERESTED IN ANOTHER TWO CENTS WORTH

I invested in JMAR as a speculative stock about 6 months ago. I did not anticipate any miracles or immediate gains. My position remains the same as it did then...I'm long on JMAR. Personally, I look at what I laid out for this vs Dell...Since my cash outlay is not that high, I feel I can afford to be more patient.

As for the negative comments I can identify with the emotions a lot of the investors are feeling..I recently went throught the boiling pot on APM, XECM, GTW and a couple of others. Although I am TEMPTED to buy more JMAR...I will continue to take a "wait and see" approach. I don't have a lot of confidence in ASIA, et el and I am leary of how the lemmings may react to any "sneeze" that may occur over there.

On the positive side, I just read where interest rates could drop so low that home loans would be below 6%...that kind of news, low U.E., etc could give the market in general one hell of a boost.

I humbly suggest not to be tempted to start boiling the water on JMAR..realistically they have not yet tested the market with their products. It takes time and confidence for investors to discover hidden jewels..and even when they do..they still tend to take a conservative approach and prefer to run the risk of buying on the updraft.

had i known about JMAR's Swiss Investor friends when it was hovering above 4 let alone near 5 i would have been gone !

unfortunately JMAR management didn't believe it was necessary inform us that at least 750,000 shares were soon to be dumped on the market to push us over the cliff - let's just say i was a reluctant lemming in that one respect

if they didn't know the shorting was inevitable then it doesn't say much for JMAR management's savvy especially in light of what was happening to techs and considering market seasonality.

don't forget - we survived the technowreck and october downdraft just fine until the Swiss Investors started dumping their shares. coincidentally enough JMAR stopped the offering then and Martinez later admitted being "mad" over what their Swiss friends were doing and that's not even considering the legality of what the Swiss were doing.

as was so eloquently put by Jim Green - what about the Lack-of-Mentals ? (BTW - i love that play on words Jim !!)

'97 was a bust IMO - the market doesn't always give a damn about fundamentals but image they always give a damn about
