Henry, I share your disappointment about the Swiss Investors shorting to lock in a "sure thing" profit. Do you think that JMAR could do a secondary offering without shorting occuring? Is this not the nature of the beast? I guess if you are a buyer of JMAR today, you are benefitting from this unexpected drop in prices and the tax loss selling. Long-term this is a bump in the road, if JMAR fulfills its 1998 promises. I never expected JMAR to get dirt cheap like this again...ever. But it did for the reasons above and people are taking advantage of it. By the way, how would you have handled the raising of money so as to prevent shorting? I think individual investors would have the same opportunity to short. The only thing that could prevent it would to have the price very close to the current price. (not likely to attract capital since these are restricted shares).

Have a prosperous new year... --Bilberry
