Yes Davis, I too have heard of that mysterious dark force you refer to. The problem is, I have heard so many conflicting versions of his actions and motives that I am forced to conclude that stories about him are mostly fiction. Too many people have suggested he really does not check out under close scrutiny. Too many other people accept the stories about him at face value. Isn't this how myths are born?

One thing for sure -- I have some really interesting, really revealing information about him, if you dare risk having some of your assumptions destroyed.

As for my market acumen, let's instead compare investing track records sometime. That's right, instead of name calling, let's do an objective analysis. Let's adjust for risk. Let's only look at buys and sells so you can't include cheap TCLNÿstock in the calculation unless you paid market price with real cash. I'll match my 25-year track record against yours, and still won't call you names when we are done. If we both beat the market, then we are both winners.

By the way, you ducked my question about the stock price in April and the reasons why you would forecast that price. Until you do, I can't take your posts too seriously, no matter how much you write or how off-topic you wander.

Why April? Well, it's an important time for this stock. Without some serious new money coming in, the company runs out of cash around then. And without a higher stock price, an important price cap is set on the Reg-D financing from last spring. If you are so market savvy, you know what the Reg-Ds can do to the stock price during that crucial time period, and you know what it means for us investors.

Oh, you forgot to tell alys about that one? Real bummer for us investors, huh?

So, let's forget the day to day squiggles in the stock price, let's forget about what the market makers are assumed to be doing from minute to minute.

Let's talk fundamentals and scenarios, and then let's put a price on the stock in four months. You first! Then maybe Shero and Dave.

And for the neophytes who think the new CEO is of relevance to all this, let me remind you that the clocks are stopping in a few months. Period. The new CEO can do little to help. He is just another onlooker, like the rest of us. He can't be hired and then negotiate licensing and financing and partnering deals from scratch, all in just a few weeks. These deals have to already be well underway.

I have to laugh when shero says I am "100% wrong" but offers no supporting evidence or reasoning.

Are Lon and friends history? Probably, but who knows for sure? I no longer care one way or the other. That whole battle is getting real old and boring. Davis and I seem to agree that the pedigree of both factions is not exaclty Fortune 500.

But too much time has passed and the key issue has now become: Is Lon and friends' dismissal relevant to the twin April deadlines?

I fear the answer is: No, no, no.
