Hiya chuck I dont know nuttin' bout no new news or an independent report. However, the JV between Pickens and the oil/gas subsidiary was to be formally finalized by 1/1 and the drilling to take place no later than 3/1 ( if I have my facts right ) so, therefore it is very close to 1/1 and it would be right nice to hear that all the JV details have been tied down and agreed upon so that drilling could proceed. A little topping on the cake might be to hear about the progress of BOTH the disposal well applications. So, our news might be a triple whammy or only one of the three above, anyone of which will be nice to hear about. My heels are dug in and I am ready for the news :) Happy new year to all c
