Hiya right back Carole,.....Mike and I did not talk about the JV with M3 but I think you are right. In fact I think it was David that posted that the deal was to be finalized right at the first of January. My call to Mike was originaly for info on the class V report due about now. I knew final aproval would probably be late spring if all goes well (no pun intended) but was interested to hear about the tone of the report. Mike did not have much to say about it for now other than we (me) should be patient. I told him that I was very interested in the well as it represented the most obvious and imediate source of growth value. With that Mike launch into a song about the financial arm of the company and that it would most likely take every one by suprise with it's rapid and large contribution. The term Cash Cow comes to mind. While he could not at this time be specific, there was the strong sugestion that the first half of 98 should see a rapid sucession of meaningful events. The man had just spent some days with Elrod and he was pumped. He was also high on the M3 report that will be released next week. I know it is Mike's job to put the best company foot forward but I believe the guy is just plain excited about what is goiung on with Coco. You will notice that there are no quote marks on any of the statements. This is just a rough summary of our conversation. I want to wish every one a happy and safe New Year. 98 s'gona be great.
