i'd appreciate a response to my initial query referring to the $910million in fines levied against market making firms

the biggest scams are the ones the Market Makers are pulling off on the investing public

i would encourage all to write the SEC and ask why none of these firms and their officers are being brought up on criminal charges considering the organized thievery they have admitted to being engaged in

the mob and organized crime in general could actually learn a thing or two about how to pull off a Billion Dollar heist and walk away with little more than a slap on the wrist - gotta hand it to the white collar criminals inhabiting Wall Street - hehe - what a racket
