Mel, you sure sound like you know what you are talking about but could you make this a little clearer, it's a jungle of symbols out there and I/we need frequent reminders of what the h*ll CMP slurries/MOYC is/does.

Regarding timeliness, I am going to proceed here as if it were neither here nor there. In fact a stock I like has advanced from $9 to $12 recently. I am not a momentum player, so it just looks less cheap to me. Of course I wouldn't want to buy a sliding stock. But by and large, relative value and not timeliness is the criterion here. (Very long term focus...more conducive to fake portfolios than real ones I suspect.)
