milesofstyles: Thanks for asking for a look at BIPL and PETD - took a quick look at the chart and the fundies on both. BIPL - has just announced they are planning to restructure. Chart shows the stock still in a downtrend with no upturn yet. Price could fall back to 2. Volume has not turned up but is trending on its average. Think this stock has some work to do yet on the TA and the fundies need to see some success on the turnaround before it is looked at as an opportunity. Might be a bounce off the restructuring announcement, but would prefer to see the restructuring show some success before looking at the company as a serious turnaround. PETD - has reported excellent earnings in the 3rd quarter with sales up 80% and reported earnings at .12 v .03 over prior year. The chart shows tha the price has turned up on the news, but still needs confirmation of a higher low and a large increase in volume. This one needs further research and should be put on the watch list for the next couple of weeks. Lets keep an eye on it and see if it shows continuing strength. PETD may be getting ready to form the MIM but its in the early stages and needs a BO on higher volume at least double its normal daily volume. Nice job on bringing PETD to our attention....this is definetly one for the close watch list. Let us know if it shows any volume or establishes a higher low. RADAR
