Inode, do you know of any real strong evdence that gun control would create a material reduction in the number of gun murders? No I don't. Do you know of any real strong evidence that an AR-15 or other semi-automatic "assault" rifle is needed for self-defense when a pistol or some other hunting rifle would do? How about evidence that easy accesses to AR-15 and other semi-automatic "assault" rifles is what is keeping government from becoming too big? Or that said "assault" weapons is the reason why I'm able to exercise my rights in the first place? Seems like the only argument against additional gun control regulations these days amount to slippery slopes. Tenchusatsu
