Jlallen, Its a Constitutional right.....not a convenience. Varmint control is a "Constitutional right"? That's why I bring up self-defense, because it is the only reason that carries any constitutional weight. Forget what the 2nd amendment says about "well-regulated militia," because that is obsolete. I firmly believe that the 2nd amendment grants citizens the right to self-defense, because that is what is necessary for the safety and security of a free republic. But that also means regulations are also constitutional. Can't buy a rocket launcher and claim you're hunting vermin with it, for example. Tenchusatsu
