Thanks for clearing up your mention of CGI because it would have been quite surprising to me - CGI's strategic direction is very focused on acquisitions involving outsourcing and financial systems and services. They also have $12M in cash so I'm expecting another acquisition in the near future but as mentioned above, they seem to be following their script to a tee so I wouldn't expect a deviation. But then XML is expected to play a key role in e-commerce and CGI also has hopes in that direction too, so anything's possible.

I don't know what percentage of revenue is derived from Japan but I seem to recall something about a Japanese company licensing Near & Far. It may not be significant but with the skittishness of investors these days, the reality of exposure to Asia may be less important than perceptions.
