ADMG Hello Sergio. With all due respect, you did not understand my note, which was related to a SEC filing for the SALE of shares, this is separate from the share buyback. Here is the link to the filing: edgar-online.com Maybe it is something not to be concerned about. However, whenever current shareholders are intending to sell shares of a company, it gives me pause.
