Thanks for the reply. I took all of my previous distributions as stock vrs. cash knowing that I could get great leverage with little downside risk and also defer the taxes. I now need to start losing the shares prior to the Trusts final liquidation.

Is there any value in buying PCT now? I notice that it shows a 30%+ dividend. Does anyone know the current status of PCT?
