Introduction Market Data Compact

Is there anybody out there with an insight into the upcoming $2 per share dividend (owners as of 2/12). Does this mean they are selling off assets and I can expect the stock to drop by this amount. Are the rumours that Mr. Buffet is looking for his own little company in PCT still circulating?
