Maybe those non-disclosure agreements relating to their customers prevent even this type of announcement

Excellent point, Gary, that's one of the reasons I wish the crybabies on this thread would lay-off of managment and stop with the PR crapola....

>>This is a major announcement and if Cymer is the light source
it should have a press release touting this. But before we get
all hot and bothered at Cymer for not blowing their horn, maybe they can't. Maybe those non-disclosure agreements relating to
their customers prevent even this type of announcement. That's
too bad because this type of information would do wonders for
the stock price.<<

Gary,

Cymer should rework those non-disclosure agreements. IMHO
they're causing more harm than good because of the severe
limitations they place on Cymer's full disclosure to the public
and to its shareholders. It must be extremely frustrating to
management to keep silent about issues/developments, which they
know would enhance the stock's value.

Good luck to all, Allan

Why doesn't someone call Canon and ask if the light source for the EX3L is from Cymer...

For what its worth, Canon does own a stake in Cymer ... see the following
techstocks.com

so it is probably Cymer's "light".

If the reason for not announcing is the non-disclosure, don't get too bent out of shape over it because , the proof will always be in the earnings.
