Any other suggestions in Bonds and/or Preferreds that is Aaa rated w/ 15% tax preferred dividend? It appears bond money is finding it's way to equities and values are getting hard to find. I am still holding my SE that most everyone here sold at $31/share and it $36.37/share very near it's 52wk high.

In fact most of my equity Buys this year are at/near their highs because they were/are steady dividend payers (T & VZ) and investors have been chasing yield. I still think this will continue especially w/ negative interest rates in several countries.

TRN is still undervalued according the Graham No. It's only +6% from my last Buys. I still holds several of my other value Buys from last year. Each has a different story and are still playing out.

I sold VER an undervalued REIT. BV is $9.10/share. I started my position in January 2010 and added shares w/ an average cost of $7.50/share. Today it reached my Sell target of $10.30/share. My strategy was to Buy below BV and sell when the price exceeded BV by 10%. FWIW I put those proceeds into OHI a medical REIT.
