I know I speak for many on this board, and elsewhere, when I extend my thanks to you and all of your cohorts at home and abroad, for the many long days you have spent on our behalf. God bless you and yours in the new year. The current quiet period has been hard to tolerate because I (we) all suspect that the end of it will be monumental. Dear Joe, I was curious, How DCTC recently mailed a company letter to their shareholders. Myself and many friends and family members that are significantly invested in DCTC did not receive such a letter. Why would some shareholders receive this letter and others do not? How can we unfortunate shareholder get this recently mailed letter? Thanks, Eric

Joe, Thanks a lot for the update, it is appreciated. I am not surprised that those "troopships" are a little behind schedule given the red tape you must be wading through. Like others, I am anxious to see just what has been going on with the QP and as to what plan you have to help with the undervalued stock price. I would however be willing to a bit longer if that is what it takes to dot all the i's and cross all the t's to be insure that the events unfolding have the maximum impact. I believe that you are on the right track and have been putting my $$ where my mouth is, best of luck with those "troopships". :) James

Hi Joe, Best wishes for a Happy New Year to you and your family, and to all the hardworking people at DCI. It's too bad that we all have to deal with lawyers in life, or I'm sure we would have had an early Christmas present under our tree. <G>.
