Quinn:

In your hopes of ABX taking out PFG's 30% by way of a stock purchase or
cash, how would these scenarios work? I think a cash buy out would be
fairly simple, but I'm not sure how a stock purcase would work. By the
way, in the event of a cash buyout, do you care to venture a guess as to
what kind of dollars we would be looking at (considering the last RC)?
I have also been trying to figure out what the worth of 100 million
ounces of Silver would be worth to the company. Lets just forget about
any Gold at this point, and assume that all we have is 100 Million ounces
of Silver. Knowing what we know about the Geology, grades, depths, recovery
methods, etc, does anyone know what the worth would be? What would be
the Market cap for PFG, with only the silver? Would it be an economical
deposit? As I am not overly familiar with Silver mining (which is obvious),
I am trying to understand just how valuable this deposit might be. I think
I will try to contact CMS in the new year, to see what her most recent thoughts
are, and if anything has significantly changed since the last time I spoke with
her. If anyone would like me to ask any questions they may have, please either
Mail me or post them on this thread.

Happy New Year to all, and all the best in 1998!!!

Good Luck
